We've enjoyed living in Cape Coral since 1986 and it has been amazing to witness the continual growth that has been happening over the years.

Prior to Florida, David came from the Boston, Mass. area with many years of sailing under his belt as his favorite past time. He has been a licensed Realtor since 1989. Debbie hails from rural Superior, Wis area, happily trading in snow mobile gear for scuba dive gear and dives the Ft. Myers/Sanibel sites and the Fl. Keys when ever time allows. She has been licensed since 1991.
